Online tutoring at A2Z Tuition is simple, convenient, and just as effective as in-person lessons.

We use secure platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams to deliver live, 1-to-1 sessions. You don’t need to download anything — just click the secure lesson link and you’re in.

During the lesson:

• We use interactive whiteboards, shared screens, and live note-taking to make         explanations clear

• Resources (notes, questions, diagrams) are sent directly to you after the session

• We regularly check understanding with mini assessments and live feedback

It’s ideal for students anywhere in the UK who want high-quality support from the comfort of home.

By default, sessions are not recorded, to ensure a relaxed and respectful learning environment.

However, if you’d like a session recorded for revision purposes, we’re happy to do this with your consent.

Recordings are:

• Stored privately and securely

• Only shared with the student (and their parent/guardian, if applicable)

• Deleted after a set time unless otherwise requested

Let us know in advance if you’d like your session recorded!

We understand that things come up.

• You can reschedule a confirmed lesson once, as long as you give 24 hours’ notice

• Once payment has been made, we do not offer refunds, but rescheduling is flexible

• Short-notice cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged

We always aim to be fair and accommodating while keeping time slots available for others

• Get to know how we work

• See how your child responds to our approach

• Complete a traffic light assessment and skill check

After that, you’re welcome to book multiple sessions or continue week by week.
